SATHYAMOORTHY [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay of the decree and judgment passed in O.s No.538/2015 dated 24/03/2021 on the file of the Learned First Additional District Judge, Coimbatore (IN CMP.No.16288/2021) pending disposal of the above AS.No.353/2021.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HAJA NAZIRUDEEN, Senior Counsel for M/S.THOLGAPPIAN RAMAIAH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The plaintiff whose suit has been dismissed has taken out an application for staying the decree. When the suit itself has been dismissed, there is no question of granting stay.
