This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 18.07.2022 and conduct a fresh election to elect the members among the parents for the School Management Committee of P.V.Thevar Government Higher Secondary School, Karuppampulam, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that the election was conducted for the School Management Committee for a period of two years and the election period was already over, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 , this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
