This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner herein in Crime No.Not Known of 2021.

2. The petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.417 of 2020 for the offense under Sections 294, 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC, has filed this petition, seeking not to harass. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner and her mother have been unnecessarily harassed by the respondent Police on the guise of enquiry. In fact the petitioner also has given a complaint against the complainant.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint of one Jaikaran, a case in Crime No.417 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioner for the offense under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) IPC. The petitioner made a counter complaint against the said Jaikaran and the same was registered in Crime No.416 of 2020. Hence, for the purpose of enquiry, the petitioner is summoned.

5. Considering the submissions and perused the materials, it is seen that the petitioner is the accused in Crime No.417 of 2020, and hence, summon was issued to the petitioner for enquiry, which would not amount to harassment.
