Respondents Petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent culminating in the impugned Notification Ref:SO NO 1024 E dated 20.09.2002 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3 Sub Section (ii) dated 21.09.2002, quash the same and forbear the respondents from taking any action against the petitioner temple under the Ancient Monuments & Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that as per the subsequent notification dated 22.06.2005, the impugned notification dated 20.09.2002 has been withdrawn.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
