When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that as per the subsequent notification dated 22.06.2005, the impugned notification dated 20.09.2002 has been withdrawn.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
