This Civil Revision Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.8 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District.

This Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.8 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District. However, the petitioners are given liberty to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District, for deletion of the names of the petitioners, if the petitioners feel that they are no way connected with the case and they are unnecessarily impleaded. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District, is also directed not to insist personal appearance of the petitioners on every hearing. Only if the personal appearance is absolutely necessary, the petitioners may be directed to appear, otherwise the petitioners may be represented by their counsel.

With this observation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
