This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.05.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has already registered C.S.R.No.629 of 2017 and after enquiry, the same has been closed.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
