ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379 IPC and section 21(1) & 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957, in Crime No.536 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner with other accused were involved in illegal transportation of 11⁄2 unit of river sand in a vehicle bearing number TN 61 C 2140. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the the petitioner with other accused were involved in illegal transportation of 11⁄2 unit of river sand in a vehicle bearing number TN 61 C 2140. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of Anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further the petitioner has involved in illegal mining of river sand, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
