ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 120(b), 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 of IPC in Cr.No.RC0322020A0006 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the main accused/A1 Fanesh Natarajan impersonated himself as an officer of Port Trust and mishandled the Accounts maintained in the name of Port Trust by forgery, fabrication and falsification of documents with the help of Bank Managers and transferred funds to various persons. Insofar as this petitioner is concerned, he was only known to the accused persons and present in the bank along with the main accused. Hence, the respondent police called this petitioner for enquiry.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court was pleased to grant interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 01.03.2021. He would further submit that the petitioner after grant of interim anticipatory bail did not violate any of the conditions and he is also regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.The learned Special Public Prosecutor also did not dispute the facts submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute and the petitioner is directed to comply with all the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2021 while granting the interim anticipatory bail. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
