These writ petitions have been filed for a writ of declaration to declare the impugned Supplement Trust Deed dated 07.09.2021 bearing Document No.97 of 2021 registered on the file of the 1st respondent as illegal and void.
2. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the writ petitions, seeks the leave of the court to withdraw these writ petitions, with liberty to file a civil suit. He has also made endorsements to that effect in the writ petitions. Page 2/4
