of India, to call for the records of the 1st respondent culminating with the order of detention bearing C.No.22/DO/IS/TIRUPPUR CITY/2023 dated 05.06.2023 passed by the 1st respondent herein detaining petitioner daughter Tmt.Sagunthala W/o.Antonysamy, female, aged about 36 years under Section Act XIV of 1982 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the person of the detenu Tmt.Sagunthala W/O.Antonysamy, female, aged about 36 years, before this Court, now detained in the Special Prison for Women, Coimbatore and thereby set her at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The petitioner, mother of the detenue Sagunthala, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 1st respondent dated 05.06.2023 slapped on her daughter, branding her as "Drug Offender" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Detention Order passed by the 1st respondent, has been revoked by the Government. The
said fact is also affirmed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor (3)Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
