This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 16 to 19 herein as legal representatives of deceased 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.Venkatasubban, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 3rd respondent died on 05.06.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring his legal heirs on record.

3. Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 3rd respondent are impleaded as respondents 16 to 19 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 10.11.2022 rpp Note :- Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter for enquiry on 17.11.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
