Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.14690 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14690 of 2021 on 21.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
