This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent, their subordinates etc., not to harass the petitioner.

For Petitioner : Mr.P.Ganapathy For Respondent : Mr.V.Meganathan Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O R D E This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the respondent, their subordinates etc., not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Murugan, a case in Crime No.31 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioner by the respondent. He would reiterate that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4.This Criminal Original Petition has been closed, accordingly.
