(CRIME NO.10 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the Respondent police every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6932 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15156 of 2020 order dated 11.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.G.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 11.11.2020, this Court had modified the condition in CRL MP No. 6932 of 2021 in CRL OP No. 15156 of 2020 on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 11.11.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
