The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioner No.6 as the legal heir of the deceased 1st petitioner - Chakkaravarthi, in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials.

3. Having regard to the fact that the legal representative of the deceased 1st petitioner has to be brought on record, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
