Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to register for Deemed University category for MBBS Course for the academic year 20182019 and permit him to participate in the Mop-up round of the Counselling.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the request of the Petitioner has been considered favourably.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.20465 of 2018 is closed.
