ORDER

The writ petition has been filed directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the private respondent has issued a fake appointment order, in this regard, his representation has not been considered. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that now, the case has been transferred to Kolathur Police Station, Salem and enquiry will be conducted as per law.

3. Such view of the matter, if any cognisable offence is made out, the police shall proceed further as per law. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
