ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 conduct proper enquiry and to take necessary action based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2021 within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
