O R D E R

In view of the settlement entered into between the petitioner Management and the workmen under Section 18 (1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the petitioner Management is permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner Management is also permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by them pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to the costs.
