This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8836 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28854 of 2024, dated 29.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8836 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28854 of 2024, dated 29.04.2025 is relaxed.
