CMP.NO.718/2016 IN SA.NO.SR.88399/2015 SNJ This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of three days in filing the Second Appeal against the judgment of the III Additional SubCourt, Cuddalore in AS.No.18 of 2012. Having regard to the meagre number of days and having regard to the explanation offered for the said delay, I am inclined to condone the delay even without ordering notice to the respondent. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of three days in filing the second appeal is condoned.
