ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Deepa, aged 23 years and the grand father of the minor detenue (not yet named). He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for the production of the detenues.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue Deepa, who is the daughter of the petitioner, appeared before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate along with her daughter and stated that she was not under the illegal custody of anybody and she was set at liberty.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
