Heard Mr.S.Arokia Maniraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.C.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2013 on merits in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
