This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to grant police protection to the petitioner and her properties based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

It is seen from records that the complaint is now pending before the second respondent and hence, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to call the parties for an enquiry and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
