(Order of the Court was made by R. SUBBIAH,J.) When the writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 5th respondent has closed the Fabrication Industry and has also vacated the premises and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication as the prayer sought in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
