This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property either belonging to themselves, relatives or friends worth about Rs.4 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.58 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8931 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that despite the earnest efforts, the petitioners were unable to get the original title deeds of an immovable property worth about Rs.4 lakhs and they are ready to deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property worth about Rs.2 lakhs. Hence, he seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property either belonging to themselves, relatives or friends worth about Rs.2 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.58 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
