The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Family Court, Tiruppur, directing the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance. Pending revision, the petitioner died. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructuous. 1/3

2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
