2. Considering the submissions made by either side, I feel it is appropriate to implead one Sasikala who is L.W.2 in C.C.

No.42/2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, Namakkal District as a respondent in this petition.

3. Hence, L.W.2 (Sasikala) is suo motu impleaded as third respondent in the above petition.

4. Issue notice to L.W.2 through the first respondent returnable by 09.01.2023.

5. List the matter under the same caption on 09.01.2023.
