ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against the third respondent based on the petitioner representations dated 03.10.2022 and 11.06.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Ho'nble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
