ORDER

This petition is filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the judgment dated 01.04.2021 made in C.C.No.17 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore and enlarge the petitioners on bail, pending disposal of this criminal appeal.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this court to withdraw this petition and made an endorsement to that effect.
