ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.197 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.197 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.2833 of 2014.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.197/2013, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
