This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offences as under Sections 296(b), 351(3), 109 of BNS instead of under Sections 296(b), 117(2), 118(2), 351(3) of BNS in Crl.O.P.No.10413 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.10413 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025 and issue fresh order copy. 3.

Further, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10413 of 2025.
