ORDER
The present Civil Miscellaneous petition has been taken out to restore the above Revision petition in CRP.No.1927 of 2025 which came to be dismissed for non prosecution on 04.06.2025.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the said date ie., 04.06.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner was held up in another court and thereby, he could not appear in the above CRP, which is neither wilful nor wanton. Accordingly, he prayed for allowing this Civil miscellaneous petition.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents have no serious in the Revision petition being restored back on file.
4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd respondents and also perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking restoration of the revision petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in this petition, I am inclined to allow this miscellaneous petition and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed and the order dated 04.06.2025 made in CRP.No.1927 of 2025, is recalled and the revision petition in CRP.No.1927 of 2025 is restored back to file. 07.08.2025 (1/2) skt To
