O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondent Nos.3 to 6 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2020, made to the first respondent, forwarded to the second respondent.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had sent a representation on 01.08.2020, to take appropriate action as against the respondent Nos.3 to 6, but no action has been taken by the respondent police. Hence, the above petition is filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the petitioner had earlier sent a representation, followed by another representation in the year 2020. Current papers have been received by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai, from the office of the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai vide C.Nos.43 of 2018 and 92 of 2020. After enquiry, the petition has been closed vide closure report dated 26.02.2021, finding that no case is made out.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not aware of the above said enquiry and the respondent police has not served any closure report to the petitioner.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

6.Considering the rival submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court directs the respondent police to serve the closure report to the petitioner, with proper acknowledgment. Thereafter, it is left open to the petitioner to take proper steps, to agitate the same before the appropriate forum.
