This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police official to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.2 of 2016 under Sections 498A and 506 (i) IPC on the complaint dated 21.01.2016 and file final report. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.2 of 2016 before the respondent.

3. The respondent-police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
