Heard M/s.Rekha Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking the following relief:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"To issue a writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records relating to the 3rd respondent dated 20.06.2018 vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.604/A1/2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner at Panchayat Union Primary School, Nandambakkam, Kundrathur Union, Kanchipuram District."

3. It appears that for the same cause of action, earlier the writ petitioner has filed W.P.No.16071 of 2018 before this Court. When the matter came up for admission, at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was dismissed as withdrawn. However, it appears that the petitioner has once again approached this Court by filing the present writ petition for the same cause of action. This Court does not find any merit to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
