This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.07.2024 seeking appointment on a temporary basis for the post of Tamil Teacher in the Government High School, Kazhanipakkam Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that immediately after submitting the representation dated 04.07.2024, the petitioner approached this Court, without waiting for two weeks. That apart, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondent decided not to appoint any teacher on temporary basis.

4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition itself is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
