ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give the full particulars about the payment of the pension for the period from 04.12.1999 till March 2001 in respect of the petitioner's husband late R.Deenadhayalan to the petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that after the death of the employee viz., R.Deenadhayalan, no one approached the respondent -bank seeking any particulars with regard to payment of pension.

3.Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
