ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.22 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, investigation has been conducted and the complaint was closed as 'mistake of fact'; in view of the same nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is Dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.12.2022 Page No.2 of 4
