(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it has been wrongly stated in his petition as All Women Police Station, West Tambaram, as respondent and he would submit that the case is pending on the file of S-11, Tambaram (L & O) Police Station and the crime number is correct, thereby, he would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh application impleading the correct police station as a respondent.

2.In view of the above submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
