CRP(PD).No.2233 of 2020 dua 3.Considering the narrow scope, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the learned Additional District Munsiff, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.416 of 2013, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to include the case in the special list for the month of January.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
