PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned memorandum of charges of the respondent herein dated 07.06.2018 in reference No.40623/SC/1/2/2014 and quash the same.

O R D E R

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Though the petitioner herein has raised several grounds, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Department of Health, Government of India, has conducted Lok Adalat for amicable settlement of disputes and therefore, they would be satisfied if the petitioner is permitted to redress his grievance in the Lok Adalat.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel, the petitioner is granted liberty to participate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in the Lok Adalat conducted by the Department of Health, Government of India. In case, the dispute is not amicably resolved, it would be open to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
