Civil Miscellaneous Petition for Temporary Injunction filed under order 39 Rule 1 CPC praying this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant an order of temporary injunction restraining the respondent and his men agents and servants from alienating or encumbering the property which is the subject matter in Os No.42/2011 on the file of the Additional District Judge of Hosur in any manner what so ever pending disposal of the above First Appeal.

This petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Nicholas, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.J.Arun Prasad, Advocate, for the Respondent, this court made the following order:- Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the present petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
