Order : This Miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the respondents 9, 10 & 12 by way of effecting publication in a daily newspaper so as to complete the service in the above suit. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Chennai Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 28.03.2022. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
