This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to pass an order of adinterim injunction restraining the respondents and their agents from creating any encumbrance over the suit property described in the petition which is the subject matter of O.S.No.218 of 2019 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Cuddalore at Vridhachalam, pending disposal of the appeal.

2.Though this Court ordered notice to the respondents on 10.10.2022, petitioners have not taken any steps by filing batta to serve the respondents.

3.In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
