This petition is filed to condone the delay of 125 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 13.12.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.95 of 2019 on the file of the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Vellore.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.
3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
