ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14374/2025 dated 08/05/2025 in para 6(b) i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for further interrogation in Cr.No.90/2005 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sivagiri Police Station, Erode District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 14374 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for further interrogation is relaxed.
