ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2021 and to direct the first respondent to take action against the sixth respondent from erecting the Cell Phone Tower at RSNA Nivash, No.105, North Street, Thuraimangalam, Perambalur - 621 220.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the

respondents would submit that already the cell phone tower has been erected and it is functioning.

3. In view of the submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
