It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by one Dhanalakshmi is pending for enquiry and the petitioner's presence is required for concluding the enquiry.

2. In the event of respondent police requiring the presence of the petitioner for concluding the enquiry with reference to the complaint lodged by one Dhanalakshmi, the respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as per law, calling upon the petitioner to appear before him and on such appearance, conclude the enquiry expeditiously.

2. With the abovesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
