Vide order dated 09.03.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.3557 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.241 of 2023, this Court had suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the said condition, as the petitioner is aged about 64 years and is unable to travel from Namakkal to Chennai.

2. In the aforestated scenario, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed vide order dated 09.03.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.3557 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.241 of 2023 in respect of the appearance and the petitioner shall report before the All Women Police Station, Paramathi, Vellore Taluk, Namakkal District on first working day of every month until further orders. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner, vide order dated 09.03.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.3557 of 2023 remain unaltered.
